以吸附对甲苯磺酸的硅胶作为催化剂,用表雄酮为原料合成肌肉松弛药的中间体5α-雄甾-2-烯-17-酮。采用质量比m(硅胶)∶m(对甲苯磺酸)为100∶7吸附后,甲苯中回流6 h。甲醇重结晶,以92.3%的高产率得到纯度为98.9%的5α-雄甾-2-烯-17-酮。同时讨论了影响反应的因素。
5α-Androst-2-en-17-one, an intermediate to prepare muscle relaxants was synthesized from epiandrosterone with silica supported p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. The catalyst was prepared with the ratio of m (silica) : m (ptoluene sulfonic acid) = 100:7. After refluxing in toluene for 6 h and recrystalizing with methanol, 5α-androst-2-en-17- one with the purity of 98.9% was obtained and the yield was 92.3%. The factors affecting the reaction were investigated.
