摘要 利用高效液相-质谱联用技术(HPLC-MS)鉴定洋葱样品中黄酮类化合物.以CAPCELLPAK C18(250 mm×4.6 mm I.D.,5μm)为色谱柱;甲醇-水(42∶58)为流动相;检测波长为370 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min;进样量为20μL.对洋葱中的黄酮类化合物进行初步定性分析.通过紫外图谱与质谱,结合文献数据,鉴定洋葱中黄酮类化合物成分或可能成分.应用HPLC-MS可快速鉴定食品或中药中黄酮类化合物成分. The method is proposed to determine flavonoid in onion by high performance liquid chroma- tography-mass spectrometry. HPLC conditions were column CAPCELL PAK C18 (250 mm×4. 6 mm L D., 5μm), methanol-H20, photodiode -array detector(DAD) set at aT0 nm, flow rate 1.0 mL/min, injection volume 20μL. Flavonoid compound in onion are identified primarily. The components or possible components in onion are identified by the analysis of the UV and MS spectra as well as that reported in literatures. The flavonoids can be identified in the plant foods and traditional Chinese medicines by HPLC-MS.
