摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术治疗2210例（2356侧次）输尿管结石。结果一次性碎石成功率97.3%（2243侧次/2306侧次）,术中并发症发生率0.3%（7/2210）。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石方法安全,疗效确切,损伤小,可作为治疗输尿管中下段结石及体外冲击波碎石失败的输尿管结石首选方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy under ureteroscope in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 2210 cases （2306 sides） of ureteral calculi were treated with ureteroseopie ballistic lithoclast. Results 2243 sides were treated successfully with the cure rate （97.3%）. Conclusion The treatment nethod of ureteral calculi with ballistic lithoclast was safe, effective and less invasive. This method should be the first choice of treatment for patients with mid -lower ureteral calculi and the patients with ureteral calculi who failed in ESWL.
