常规导联心电图对急性下壁心肌梗死并发右室梗死的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨常规导联心电图对急性下壁心肌梗死并发右室梗死的诊断价值。方法回顾分析46例急性下壁心肌梗死患者的心电图资料,根据有无右室梗死进行对比分析。结果合并RVMI者STⅢ段抬高〉STⅡ段抬高较多,不合并RVMI者STⅢ段抬高STⅡ段抬高是常规心电图早期识别判断并发RVMI的可靠指标,V1、V2导联对诊断有帮助,发现问题及时加做右胸导联。
