摘要
目的观察血液透析并发脑血管病患者血栓调节蛋白(TM)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化。方法维持性血液透析患者75例(分并发脑血管病组30例和未并发脑血管病组45例)及同期健康体检者40例,分别测定透析组与对照组的TM、hs-CRP。结果透析并发脑血管疾病组TM水平较透析未发生脑血管疾病组及正常对照组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。透析并发脑血管疾病组hs-CRP水平较透析未发生脑血管疾病组及正常对照组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论TM、hs-CRP是透析并发脑血管疾病的重要危险因素,对诊断透析并发脑血管疾病有较高的临床价值。
Objective To study the significance of clarify difference of thrombomodulin(TM) ,high sensitive C - reactive protein(hs - CRP) lever for maintenance hemodialysis patients complicated by cerebrovascular disease. Methods TM, hs - CRP Levels were detected in both 30patients with maintenance hemodialysis complicated by cerebrovascular disease and 45 patientes with maintenance hemodialysis not complicated by cerebrovascular disease. 40 normal fetals were assigned as control group. Resuits The TM levels in the group of maintenance hemodialysis complicated by cerebrovascular disease was higher than the other group of maintenance hemodialysis not complicated by cerebrovascular disease and those in the control group ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). The hs - CRP levels in the group of maintenance hemodialysis complicated by cerebrovascular disease was higher than the other group of maintenance hemodialysis not complicated by cerebrovascular disease and those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion TM,hs - CRP are the stable and sensitive marker for endothelial cell injury of blood vessel,and they show better clinical value in the diagnosis of maintenance hemodialysis complicated by cerebrovascular disease.
