摘要
公共服务市场化是当代各级政府职能转变和地方行政改革的必然趋势。最近几年,地方政府在公共服务市场化方面虽然取得了一些成就,但仍然存在一些不完善之处,如过度市场化,错误的价值导向等。因此要从树立地方政府的公共服务市场化的价值导向,扩大公共服务市场化的范围,政府的正确定位等方面着手使地方政府的公共服务更加趋于完善化。
The marketization of public service is an inevitable trend in the transform of the government functions and administration reform of the local governments, in recent years, the local governments have been made some achievements in the marketization of public service, but there are still some imperfections. For example, excessive marketization, the wrong value orientation and so on. Therefore, in order to make the local governments' marketization of public service more perfect, we must set up right value orientation of marketization of public service, expend the scope of public service, set the right role of local governments and so on.
