摘要
首次研究了分离自香港红树Kandelia candel嫩叶的一株红树内生真菌(菌株编号1947)的代谢产物,从菌丝体共分离纯化得到3个化合物,经波谱解析或与标准样品对照分别鉴定其结构为1个神经酰胺——(5E)-N-十六碳酰基-2-氨基-1,3-二羟基-5-十八碳烯(A)和2个甾醇类化合物——过氧化麦角甾醇(B)和麦角甾醇(C).
A mangrove endophytic fungus(No.1947) was isolated from the leaves of Kandelia candel from an estuarine mangrove from the South China Sea.The metabolites of this strain were studied firstly in this paper and three compounds were isolated from the mycelia.Their structures were elucidated by spectra methods or comparison with authentic samples as one ceramide—N-palmitoylsphingosine(A) and two sterols—3β-hydroxyl-5α,8αepidioxyergosta-6,22diene(B) and ergosterol(C),respectively.
