胃黏液腺癌组织中GLUT_1和VEGF-c蛋白表达及意义

Relationship between expression of GLUT_1,VEGF-c protein and infiltration,metastasis in mucous adenocarcinoma of stomach

摘要 目的探讨癌组织中葡萄糖转运蛋白(GLUT1)和血管内皮生长因子-c(VEGF-c)蛋白表达水平与胃黏液腺癌浸润转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化S-P法检测60例胃黏液腺癌患者的正常胃黏膜组织、癌旁组织、癌组织中GLUT1和VEGF-c蛋白的表达水平。结果GLUT1和VEGF-c蛋白在癌肿实质黏液湖中漂浮的散在癌细胞几乎无阳性表达,在癌旁组织和正常黏膜组织中有不同程度表达,癌组织中呈强阳性表达;在侵及浅肌层、深肌层和浆膜层的癌组织中表达率依次升高;有淋巴结转移者中二者阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者,P<0.01。结论GLUT1和VEGF-c蛋白表达与胃黏液腺癌的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关,二者过度表达可能共同参与了胃黏液腺癌的进展。 [ Objective ] To explore expression of glucose transporter-1 (GLUT1 ) and vascular endothelial growth factor-c (VEGF-c) in normal mucous membrane and mucous adenocarcinoma of the stomach, and the relation with infiltration and lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer. [ Methods ] Sixty cases of patient with mucous adenocarcinoma of stomach were reviewed and the expression of GLUT1 and VEGF-c was measured with S-P method in normal mucous membrane, paraeancerous tissue and cancer tissue. [ Results ] There was few GLUT1 and VEGF-c protein in tumor parenchyma mucous lake. GLUT1 and VEGF-c protein expressed in normal mucous membrane and paracancerous tissues in different degree, and overexpressed in cancer tissue. There was a positive correlation between the expression of GLUT1, VEGF-c protein and the depth of tumor infiltration and the lymph node metastasis in mucous adenocarcinoma of stomach. [ Conclusion] The co - expression of GLUT1 and VEGF - c protein correlates with the infiltration depth and lymph metastasis. They may involve in the local infiltration and lymph node metastasis in mucous adenocarcinoma of stomach.
