摘要
以乙酸和正丁醇为原料,高纯Nd2O3(99.0%)为催化剂,在微波辐射下合成乙酸正丁酯。考察了各因素对酯化率的影响,结果表明反应的较佳条件是:当乙酸用量为0.2mol时,醇酸摩尔比为2.0∶1,催化剂用量为2.0g,微波功率为650W,辐射时间10.0min,酯化率可达96%以上。催化剂重复使用6次仍保持较高活性。产品经折射率、IR光谱进行了表征。
n - Butyl acetate was synthesized from acetic acid and n - butanol under microwave irradiation with Nd2O3 (purity is 99.0% ) as catalyst. Influence factors on the rate of esterification were discussed. The experiment results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows. When the amount of acetic acid was 0.2mol, the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 2.0: 1, the dosage of catalyst was 2.0g ,the power of microwave was 650W, the irradiation time was 10.0min,the rate of esterification was over 96%. The catalyst keeped high capability alter reused for six times. The product was characterized by refractive index and IR.
