摘要
研究用HPLC定量分析甲维盐的方法。色谱条件:25cm×4.6mm,5μm粒径的Kromasil—C18不锈钢柱;流动相甲醇-水(体积比为92:8);流速1.0mL·min^-1;紫外检测器波长254nm。本方法在2.0—12μg进样范围内和峰高呈线性。相关系数值(R)为0.997。甲维盐分析的回收率为98%~102%,变异系数为4.39%。
A method of quantitative analysis for emamectin benzoate by HPLC has been studied. Conditions were as follows: column, 250mm×4.6nm stainless steel packed with Kromasil C18, 5m ;mobile phase, 8% H2O in methanol (V/V) ; flow rate, 1.0mL·min^-1 ; UV detector wavelength, 254nm. This analytical method is linear and reproducible over the range of 2 g to 12 g analyte. The correlation coefficient was 0. 997. Recovery of emamectin benzoate ranged from 98% to 102% ,with a coefficient of variation 4.39%.
