摘要
以硅酸钠、硫酸铝为原料,采用复合共聚法制备聚硅硫酸铝(PASS)。以生活废水为对象,以浊度与COD去除率为指标,在不同的处理条件下,观察废水脱色情况,考察聚硅硫酸铝的絮凝效果。结果表明:加入量为0.4g.L-1的PASS,搅拌转速为250r.min-1,搅拌时间为25min,调节水体处于酸性条件下,静置沉降1h后,浊度和COD去除率分别达到90.9%和82.3%,且废水脱去黑褐色。另外还初步阐述了PASS的絮凝机理。
PASS was prepared by composite - copolymerization with NaSiO3 and Al2(SO4)3 as raw materials. Using wastewater as target, the effect of PASS on flocculation of it was investigated at different treatment conditions by the removal rate of turbidity and COD. Its discoloration phenomenon was observed at same time. The results show the removal rate of turbidity and COD reach 90.9% and 82.3% after sedimentation for 1h when PASS addition is 0.4g·L^-1, speed and time of agitator are 250r·min^-1 and 25min respectively, wastewater is in acid solution. Meanwhile it is basically discolored. Moreover flocculation mechanism of PASS was discussed preliminarily.
