我国农村规划的理论和编制方法尚处在探索和不断完善阶段,如何在新农村建设中发挥规划的龙头作用,科学引导新农村的建设和发展是一项十分紧迫的课题。结合新农村规划建设的实践,对此问题进行了探讨。
