基于网络媒体的农民技能培训效果研究

Research on the Effect of the Farmer's Training Based on Network

本文采用参与式农村评估及面对面问卷调查等方法获取第一手资料,对基于网络媒体的农民技能培训效果进行研究,主要结论有:无组织的上网农户接受不同种类信息的效果总体不理想;农民收入的高低与文化程度的高低直接影响着网络媒介信息传播的效果;偶尔上网看各种信息的农民数远远高于常常看网络信息的人数;不同文化程度农民对学习上网技术必要程度呈正相关趋势;有组织地开展远程技能培训的方式深受农民欢迎;农村远程技能培训内容的掌握程度大多为"基本掌握";有些课程的内容陈旧不能满足农民实际生产所需;影响农户接受农村远程技能培训效果的主要影响因素为经济效益和政策的支持。

By adopting PRA and face-to-face questionnaire investigation methodology etc,this article gets the first-hand data to study the farmer's training efficiency based on the network media deeply.The results of our research includes:the training efficiency of the farmers who are netizen in spontaneously is poor totally;Farmers'income and education have a direct bearing on the efficiency of the internet information communication;the number of farmers who look or listen to information from the internet just sometimes is much bigger than that of frequency;different education has a close relationship with the essential degree on studying network technology of farmers;the way of holding the distance education ability training organically is popular with farmers;degrees of mastering the training contents of rural distance education mostly are'basic mastering stages';the contents of some courses are too old to satisfy the demands of farmers'producing;the main facts of effecting the farmers to accept the rural distance training are the economic benefit and the support policy
