十二辊CR轧机工作辊对中间辊轴向移动力分析研究

Analytic Study for Axial Moving Force Between the Work Roll and Intermediate Roll of Twelve-High Cold Rolling Mill

中间辊轴向移动力是CR轧机中间辊在线调节的重要力能参数,本文将工作辊与中间辊的接触看成是两个相互作用的圆柱体的接触,利用预位移–滑动摩擦理论分析了工作辊对中间辊的轴向移动力,推导出了CR轧机工作辊对中间辊轴向移动力的数学表达式。

The axial moving force of intermediate roll is an important parameter of on-line adjustment for the intermediate roll. In this paper, the contact between the work roll and intermediate roll is regarded as the contact between two interactive cylinders. The axial moving force between the work roll and intermediate roll has been analyzed by means of the theory of initial displacement - sliding friction, and the mathematic expression for the axial moving force between the work roll and intermediate roll has been deduced.
