International Relation Theory & Diplomatic Strategies of China

在外交学学科建设和对外战略构建中,应该重视国际政治、国际关系理论的借鉴作用,同时,保持合适的距离。未来中国对外战略的制定应该寻求利益政治与规范政治的契合与统一。崛起后的中国应该寻求差别战略与模糊战略,既牢固把握现有的权势地位,同时也应创建新的国际关系理念,以求最大限度地实现自身利益和全人类利益。

In the construction of diplomatic studies and foreign strategies, we should lay the stress on the reference role of the theories on world politics and international relationship, and keep a proper distance in it at the same time. The institution of the future foreign strategies of China should be based on seeking the agreement and unification of interest politics and norm politics. China, already risen, should purse discrepancy and fuzzy foreign strategies. In other words, we should, on the one hand, maintain the present status in the international society; and on the other hand, create new concept of international relationship, in order to gain the maximum benefit of China and the whole human beings.
