摘要
多糖是植物中所含活性物质中最丰富的类群之一,本文综述了多糖的提取,结构和药理活性的研究,为植物多糖的进一步研究和开发提供依据.
Polysaccharides are a group of the most important and abundant biological active compounds from plants.This paper reviews the progress of the research on its pick-up,structure and its pharmacological functions.Some aspects of polysaccharides from cordyceps plants which need further study are proposed.
