不同混合比玻璃纤维/丙纶网络纱的拉伸行为

摘要 对不同混合比及不同供气压力的玻璃纤维/丙纶(GF/PP)网络混纤纱进行拉伸测量,包括抗拉强度、断裂伸长率、模量.通过实测值与经典理论估计值对比分析,结合其拉伸曲线,得出混纤纱的实测强度大致符合经典理论估计.并认为该种混纤纱宜采用较低含量的丙纶以保证玻璃纤维的应用特征,最终断裂点特征不必过高关注. The relationship between the tensile behavior and the blended ratios of the glass fiber/ polypropylene (GF/PP) network-combination yarns have been found through comparing the tensile testing results, i.e. stress, extension, modulus. The theoretical and measured results indicate that the tensile stresses are relatively coincident in estimation and measurement. It is appropriate for the users to adopt a comparatively low proportion of PP in order to keep the mechanical properties of GF.
