摘要
加工工艺及其相关参数优化是协调加工质量、效率和成本等目标的主要途径之一.以切削过程为对象,研究基于有限元法(FEM)的切削过程建模与分析方法,考察了切削工艺参数对切削力的作用及其优化策略,根据切削力计算、仿真和实验对比结果,指出现有切削效应分析方法及相关仿真软件的应用尚有一些值得进一步深入研究的内容.
Machining process and its parameter is one of the main ways that harmonize the targets on the quality, the efficiency and the cost. The modeling and analysis method of the cutting process are studied based on the finite element method(FEM). The effect of the cutting process parameter on the cutting force is investigated and the optimization method is given. According to the contrast result of the cutting force simulation and calculation based the experiment, it can be pointed out that there is still a lot of research on the cutting effect analysis method and the application of the simulation software.
