摘要 研制了用单片机系统拾取线阵电荷藕合器件图像传感器(CCD)二值化输出信号的小幅角位移测量装置,外扩可编程计数器提高了计数频率,在Windows XP环境下利用Visual Basic软件以及其携带的串行通信控件MSComm对其提取的信号进行分析、计算,大大提高了系统的工作效率,从而实现了在±5°范围内微小角位移的非接触在线测量.借助步进电机对系统进行标定,测得系统测角精度优于0.01°,装置在实验室中的运行状态良好,对在实际应用中需要动态检测微小角度偏转有一定的参考价值. A small angular displacement device that using single-chip microcomputer to collect the dichotomy output signal from linear Charge Coupled Device (CCD) was introduced. As a result of using programmable counter, a higher counting frequency can be got. Under the condition of Windows XP, the signal which received from single-chip microcomputer was analyzed and computed by the software Visual Basic and its serial communication control box (MSComm). The work efficiency of the system would be improved greatly. The device can achieve contactless measurement online of angular displacement range from -5° to +5°. The system's precision was more than 0. 01°. This device had got a good run condition in the laboratory. It has some good guidance under the occasion of small angular measurement in practical application.
