基于一条Ⅰ-Ⅴ曲线提取硅太阳电池参数的一种新方法 被引量:15

A NEW METHOD OF EXTRACTING SILICON SOLAR CELL PARAMETERS FROM SINGLE ILLUMINATEDⅠ-ⅤCHARACTERISTICS

摘要 依据硅太阳电池的短路电流I_(sc),开路电压V_(oc),最大功率点电流I_(mp),最大功率点电压V_(mp)等特性参数,结合电流方程在最大功率点处的极值表述,建立求解3个电性参数的封闭方程组,解出硅太阳电池的3个待定参数从而确定出硅太阳电池的电流方程。拟合的曲线与实验数据相比。结果证明了文中所提方法的正确性和可行性。 The silicon solar cell's current equation was described by the single diode model, it is necessary to detemine the series resistance Rs, reverse saturation current density I0 and diode ideal factor A in application. Based on silicon solar cell' s characteristic parameters which contain the short circuit current Isc, open circuit voltage Voc, current Imp and voltage Vmp of maximum power, combining with the description at the maximum power point to set up a close equation group, then solve the silicon solar cell's three parameters to educe its current equation. By comparison of theoretical and experimental I-V characteristics, the results demonstrate the method proposed in this paper is correct and feasible.
