摘要
对自行开发的空气源热泵热水器在全工况下热力膨胀阀的特性进行了实验研究,结合热力学理论分析了全工况下关键参数的变化规律,分析了过热度在不同环境温度下的变化规律以及造成该现象的原因。分析表明,当热泵热水器在低温工况下工作时,热力膨胀阀就会表现出与在高温环境下不同的工作特性,如何利用这个特点优化蒸发器的过热度设计是一个值得深入探讨的问题。
Aiming to study the performance on the key parameters of the system during different outdoor air temperature( Ta ) and the trend of superheat, several experiments were carried out through changing the outdoor air temperature andthe turn of the spindle of the TXV. Based on the experimental results, the performance of the key parameters and thetrend of superheat were analyzed. The result indicated that the chocked flow will emerge when the outdoor air temperatureis O℃ and the conde nsing temperature is over 40℃, during the same, the controlling of the TXV to the refrigerant willbecome weaker, superheat of the refrigerant in the evaporator will improve, as a result of which, it will affect the safetyand economics of the compressor. The electronic expansion valve is a good way to solve or alleviate the problem.
