摘要 烟碱是烟草(Nicotiana tobacum L.)重要的抗虫性物质。主要就烟碱在烟草体内的分布、生理作用、合成诱导、对昆虫的毒性以及昆虫对烟碱的适应性机制等方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Nicotine is an important insect-resistant compound in Nicotiana species. It is reviewed in the following aspects: distribution in vivo, physiological functions and synthetic induction pathway. The toxicity of nicotine to insects and insect's adaptation are also described.
