摘要
文章以功能派翻译理论为基础,从目的论视角重新阐释了"信达雅"的内涵。根据特定的历史背景和翻译对象《天演论》,笔者提出"信达雅"是以"雅"为中心,兼顾"信"与"达"。"雅"不是外在的"润色加藻",也不是翻译的"脂粉"。在《天演论》的翻译中,目的法则赋予了"雅"的核心地位,使"信"在严复的翻译实践中从中心走到了边缘。
Based on Functionalist Translation Theory, this paper reinterpreted the connotation of "Xin Da Ya" from the perspective of Skopestheorie. According to the specific history background and translation of Evolution and Ethics and Other Essays, the author revealed that "Ya" (elegance) was the real center governing "Xin" (faithfulness) and "Da" (expressiveness). "Ya" is not the "superficial language polishing" or the "cosmetic powder" for translation. Skopos rule has endowed "Ya" with the key position while Yah Fu translation practice dethroned "Xin" from center to edge.
