A Summary of the Research on Housing Security System in Urban Areas of China

中国城镇住房保障制度包括住房公积金制度、经济适用房制度以及廉租房制度等保障措施。住房保障制度在城镇居民购买住房的过程中起了重要作用,但仍然存在保障力度不足、覆盖面不够等方面的问题。因此,关于住房保障问题的研究需要从法学、经济学以及社会学等多学科视角着手,在立法、资金以及保障范围等方面完善中国城镇住房保障制度。

The housing security system in urban areas in China includes the governmental measures of personal housing accumulation fund, economically affordable housing and low - rent housing. The housing security system has played a vital role in the progress of buying houses by the citizens. However, lots of problems still exists such as insufficient security capability, inadequate coverage and so on. So the research of the housing security system should be adopted in the perspective of law, economics, sociology and other subjects. And the housing security system should be improved from legislation, funding and coverage.
