摘要
钙蛋白酶广泛存在于各种组织细胞中,当心肌发生缺血再灌注损伤时,激活的钙蛋白酶可以影响肌浆网、线粒体等亚细胞结构的功能,加重组织细胞的损伤。因此,通过有效的药物性预处理或者研究开发一种通透性好、副作用小、的特异性钙蛋白酶抑制剂来抑制心肌缺血再灌注时钙蛋白酶活性,将为缺血心肌的治疗提供一个新的策略。
Calpain existed widely in cells of all kinds of tissues,of which the activated can affect functions of subcellular structure such as sarcoplasmic reticulum,mitochondria and so on and further aggravate cell injury.during myocardial ischemical reperfusion injury.So a specific calpain inhibitor with well permeability and less side effect developed by effective drug preconditioning or exploration will provide a new therapeutic strategy for ischemic myocardium by inhibiting the activity of calpain during myocardial ischemial reperfusion.
