摘要 探讨环境污染如何造成皮肤疾病。首先,概要阐明皮肤解剖学以及污染物渗入方式。其次,罗列了环境污染中三种主要的污染源:物理性的(包括臭氧和紫外线)、化学性的(包括挥发性有机物和多环芳香烃)及重金属污染源,并阐述其导致的常见皮肤疾病。最后,介绍了环境污染诱导的皮肤病变机制和各国相关的实验室的技术方法。旨在为有效和完善的预防和治疗措施提供理论依据。  This article debates the problem that how environmental pollution leads to skin diseases.First,skin anatomy permeating method of pollutant are simply illuminated,Second,three main pollution in environment are discussed,which are physical pollutants including ozone and ultraviolet radiation,chemicals including volatile organic compounds and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and heavy metals,besides the common skin disease resulting from these pollutants.At last,this article introduce mechanism of skin disease resulting from environmental pollutants and related laboratory techniques in every country in order to provide theory principle for effective as well as perfect preventing and therapeutic measure.
