摘要 舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)是一组具有心力衰竭症状和体征,射血分数正常或轻度受损而舒张功能异常的临床综合征。本文着重对老年DHF的概念、病因、发病机制、诊断标准及目前的治疗状况进行探讨。 　Diastolic Heart Failure is a series of clinical syndrome with symptom and sign of heart failure,normal or slight abnormal injection fraction and abnormal diastolic function.This article reviews elder DHF about its conception,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnositic standard and therapeutic condition at present.
