弱视电生理和影像学检查研究进展

Study Progress of Electrophysiology and Imaging Examination of Amblyopia

摘要 电生理和影像学检查是近年来弱视研究的新兴技术,主要包括视网膜电图、视觉诱发电位、偏振激光扫描仪和光学相干断层扫描仪。研究发现弱视患者的各项检测指标与正常人相比有一定的差异性,表明这些技术对于研究弱视的视皮质、视觉传导和视网膜的功能具有一定的价值。 Electrophysiology and imaging examination is the new technique in studying amblyopia in recent years,which includes ERG(electroretinogram),VEP(visual evoked potential),SLP(scanning laser polarimetry)and OCT(optical coherence tomography).Studies showed that there were some differences between common and amblyope in these detected index,which indicates that they have somewhat significance in studying visual cortex,visual conduction,retinal function of amblyopia.
