影响贫困大学生就业的主要因素及其对策初探

Inquiries into the Main Factors which Affect Disadvantaged Students' Employment and the Countermeasures Hereof

随着高校大规模的扩招,贫困大学生的绝对人数也在急剧增多,他们在学习、生活、交友、恋爱、择业等方面存在许多值得人们关心的地方,是高校思想政治教育中的主要对象。本文着重从大学生择业、就业中存在的问题和对策作一探讨,以期对高校和社会如何做好贫困大学生就业工作提供一个参考。

With the increase of large-scale enrollment in colleges, the number of disadvantaged students is increasingly drastically. Great attention should be paid to these students in learning, living, making friends, falling in love and selecting jobs, which are the main objects of ideological education in colleges. This paper probes into the problems in students＇ selecting jobs and getting jobs and the measures to offer a reference for colleges and society to keep disadvantaged students＇ employment work going well.
