摘要
技术创新是一个通过投入各类技术资源使之转化为经济增长和社会进步的系统过程。技术创新扩散使一项技术创新的潜在经济效益最大限度地发挥出来,促进技术经济系统进化和高级化。技术创新是产业集群竞争力提升的动力源泉,产业集群增强技术创新扩散。
Technological innovation is a process of investing various technological resources for economic growth and social progress, and diffusion of innovative technology brings the economic potential of an innovative technology into full play, contributing to the growth and evolution of techno economic system. Technological innovation is the origin of the competitiveness of industrial cluster, which, in turn, promotes diffusion of innovative technologies.
