本文针对我国银企关系发展中的制度缺陷以及由此带来的严重问题,分析了我国银企关系面临的制度环境以及主办银行制的制度弊端,提出了主监控银行制,并探讨了这一制度构想的基本精神与基本架构。

Aimed at the system imperfection in the relation between bank and enterprise, this article analyzes the system environment of the bank-enterprise relation and the problems with the main bank system. It presents the main supervising and controlling bank system, and discusses the nature and structure of the system.
