摘要
IT治理是公司治理的一部分,是以股东为中心的企业利益相关者为了让IT产生最大收益并解决IT决策中的信息不对称问题而设计的与IT有关的决策、激励和约束机制。本文提出股东应重视激励员工参与IT治理。员工有参与IT治理的动力,他们就可以通过"监督"管理者和在IT治理体系中承担更多责任的方式来减少IT治理中的信息不对称。
IT governance, a part of corporate governance, is IT-related decision-making, motivation, and constrain mechanism designed by corporate interest groups with the shareholders as the center to maximize IT revenue and solve the asymmetric information problem. This article suggests that the shareholders should give full attention to motivating staff to participate in IT governance. With the incentive to get involved in IT governance, staff may supervise managers and undertake more responsibility, which can reduce the asymmetric information in IT governance framework.
