摘要
职业倦怠近年来已成为心理学研究的热点,作为职业倦怠的高发人群,教师的职业倦怠状况更是引人关注。教师的职业倦怠会对学生和教师的身心发展产生严重的负向影响,因此对教师职业倦怠的研究意义重大。文章在已有研究的基础上,调查了山西省高中、初中、小学教师的职业倦怠状况,旨在探讨教师职业倦怠与社会支持的关系,并在此基础上提出缓解教师职业倦怠的对策。
Job burnout has been becoming the focus of psychological research in recent year. Many people pay great attention to teachers' burnout because burnout is common to teacher. The negative symptoms are harmful to both students and teachers. So it is important to do something in this field. The article is based on some well - known conclusion. We picked out participants from high school ,primary school and public school. The aim of the research is to find out the influences of social support on teachers' job burnout and we presented some suggestion according to these investigation.
