不接地三相电力网接地故障测距的新算法

摘要 基于多导体传输线理论和对称分量法理论,提出了不接地三相系统单相接地、两相接地和三相接地故障测距的新算法。该算法只需输入一个测点的电压电流,可以在线亦可离线。计算机仿真和实际线路的模拟故障测距试验表明。 Bases on multi conductor transmission line theory and symmetrical component theory,a new algorithm of single line to ground,double line to ground and triple line to ground fault location for the ungrounded 3 phase system is proposed.The developed technique utilises the voltage and current measured at one end.Fault location is completed either on line or off line.A lot of the simulation of fault location by computer and the practical tests on the actual feeders show that the algorithm is effective.
