对高教园区职业院校建立“校际联合体”的构想

A Conception on the Building of "Inter-college Association" among Vocational Colleges in Higher Education Zone

高教园区的建立为我国高等教育的发展做出了突出的贡献,但其整体功能还远未发挥出来,文中运用系统理论阐释了通过建立"校际联合体"以提高高教园区整体功能的构想,并分析了这一构想对职业院校建设和发展的现实意义。

The building of higher education zones have made great contributions to the development of higher education, but their integral functions have not been developed completely. Based on the systematic theories, how to improve the integral functions of the higher education zones by establishing the ＂inter-college association＂ were elaborated, and the realistic significances of such a conception to the building and development of vocational colleges were analyzed.
