从网络时代的教与学分析入手,根据对教师素质的要求,提出了培养适合网络时代教师素质要求的改革措施,以进一步整合教学资源,改革教学方法,提高学生的综合素质,更好地实现高师院校的培养目标。

Embarking from the analysis of the teaching and study in network times, according to the request to the teachers＇ quality, the reform measures are proposed for the culture of the teachers which adapt to the request of the network times, for further integrating the teaching resources, reforming the teaching method, improving the students＇ comprehensive quality and achieving the training target of teacher＇s college better.
