脑胶质瘤中BAI1基因转录表达的研究

摘要 目的探讨BAI1mRNA表达水平与不同级别胶质瘤间的关系。方法选取病理分级为WHOⅡ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级脑胶质瘤标本依次为12例、12例、14例,正常脑组织标本6例;提取总RNA,用半定量RT-PCR法检测BAI1基因的转录表达情况。结果BAI1mRNA在所有正常脑组织和26例(68.4%)胶质瘤中表达。正常脑组织的BAI1基因转录表达水平高于胶质瘤组,P<0.05;各级胶质瘤间BAI1基因转录表达水平差异没有统计学意义。结论BAI1基因在胶质瘤中的转录表达水平显著性下降,在部分胶质瘤中表达缺失。BAI1可能与胶质瘤的发展有关。BAI1基因在胶质瘤中的转录表达水平与胶质瘤的级别无关。 Objective To explore the relationship between grading of glioma and BAI 1 mRNA. Methods Total RNA were extracted from 6 control brain tissue samples and 12 grade Ⅱ, 12 grade Ⅲ and 14 grade IV glioma samples respectively. The expression level of BAil mRNA was measured by semi-quantitative RT-PCR. Results BAI1 mRNA was found in all the normal cerebral tissues and 26 of 38 gliomas (68.4%). The expression level of BAil mRNA was significantly higher in normal cerebral tissues than in gliomas (P〈 0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the glioma samples. Conclusion The transcriptional expression of gene BAli is significantly decreased in gliomas, and even lost in some of them. The expression level ofgene BAI1 is not related to the grading of glioma.
