液压冲击伤致外伤后癫动物模型的研究进展

摘要 外伤后癫疒间(PTE)指颅脑损伤引起的癫疒间发作,其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明。复制较为理想的PTE实验动物模型是研究人类PTE发病机制及防治方法的重要基础平台。目前,只有液压冲击伤(FPI)致PTE模型系统性地研究了PTE的特征,成为一种新的较为理想的PTE动物模型。本文即就其复制方法、主要特点和研究现状等进行综述。
