复方苦荞麦对糖尿病大鼠胰岛功能与形态的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察复方苦荞麦对糖尿病大鼠症状、血糖、胰岛功能的影响,以阐明其降糖效果及机制。方法雄性Wistar大鼠56只,随机选取10只作为正常对照组,余46只造模,造模成功后再随机分为复方苦荞麦高剂量组、复方苦荞麦低剂量组、消渴丸组、病理对照组4组,连续治疗4周,治疗期满测空腹血糖(FBG)、血浆胰岛素(Insulin)、胰高糖素(Glucagon),并做胰腺病理形态观察。结果复方苦荞麦能明显改善糖尿病大鼠症状,降低糖尿病大鼠血糖,提高糖尿病大鼠血浆胰岛素水平,降低血浆胰高糖素水平,并能在一定程度上修复损伤的β细胞,抑制α细胞异常增殖。其降糖效果呈剂量依赖性。结论复方苦荞麦能显著改善糖尿病大鼠症状,有效降糖,其机制可能是保护胰岛β细胞,促进其分泌胰岛素并抑制α细胞异常增殖及过度分泌胰高糖素。 Objective To probe the effect and mechanism of reducing blood glucose of Fu Fang Ku Qiaomai(FFKQ)on diabetic rats. Methods 56 male Wistar rats were selected. Except 10 rats among them as normal control group, the other 46 rats were used as pathology models of diabetes and were divided into four groups, namely: the high dose FFKQ group, the low dose FFKQ group, the Xiaoke Wan group and the pathology group. They were treated for 4 weeks. And then the fasting blood glucose, plasma insulin and plasma glucagone were measured for all the rats. And the pathologic morphology of islets were observed. Results FFKQ could improve the symptoms of the diabetic rats significantly, decrease the levels of the blood glucose and plasma glucagon, and increase the levels of plasma insulin. FFKQ could also improve the recovery of the damaged islet β-cells and restrain the abnormally multiplication of islet α-cells. Conclusion FFKQ can ameliorate the symptoms of diabetic rats, decrease blood glucose level effectively, improve the islet secretion function. The therapeutic mechanism may be that FFKQ can protect islet β-cells and improve its secretion function, restrain islet α-cells abnormal multiplication and excessive secretion of glucagone.
