福建省柑橘线虫的研究Ⅰ.长泰县柑橘5种寄生线虫记述

Studies on the Parasitic Nematodes on Citrus Root in Fujian ProvinceⅠ.5 Species of the Parasitic Nematodes on Citrus Root in Changtai County

自2004年至2006年对福建省长泰县柑橘根部寄生性线虫的种类进行了调查研究.共鉴定出7个属10个种,其中对柑橘生产有一定危害的是短体属、矮化属、茎属和真滑刃属中的部分种类,这4个属的种类在长泰县的柑橘树根部普遍存在.本文作者先报道其中的5个种,其中同形真滑刃线虫为中国新记录种.

A survey of parasitic nematodes on citrus root in Changtai County of Fujian Province was carried out during 2004 2006. Scores of nematodes species were found. 10 of them belonging to 7 genus of 6 families of 2 orders were observed and identified. Pratylenchus, Tylenchorhynchu, Ditylenchus and Aphelenchus were found frequently and harmful to citrus industry in some degree. 5 species are described in this paper. They are Aphelenchus isomerus, Pratylenchus coffeae, Tylenchorhynchus brassicae, Ditylenchus nanus and Aphelenchus avenae, in which,Aphelenchus isomerus was new to China. Aphelenchus isomerus is distinguished by its slim and delicate stylet, 12 - 16 lateral lines present,indistinct annulations, isomorphic vagina and short and rounded tail.
