通过对化肥厂合成氨装置空压机的轴振动原因进行诊断分析,找出导致轴振动增加的原因,并提出相应的检修方案。实施后取得良好的效果。

This article diagnosed the shaft vibration of air compressor shaft in ammonia plant, proposed various possibilities for the increase of shaft vibration, verified them one by one, finally determined the real reasons for the increase of shaft vibration of the air compressor. Based on the diagnosis and analysis, corresponding repair schedule was presented. After its application, good results were achieved.
