摘要
利用故障诊断技术分析合成气压缩机汽轮振动失稳的成因,论述汽轮机在连续运行的工况下调整与优化措施,总结汽轮机的检修经验。汽轮机在振动失稳的情况下,保持连续运行是可能的。为了避免汽轮机的二次损坏,优化操作至关重要。
The vibration instability causes of synthesis gas compressor turbine are analyzed by the trouble diagnosis technology. The on-line operating optimization experiences are discussed in the turbine running situation, and the maintenance process is summarized. It is possible to maintain the turbine running under the condition of instable vibration and it is essential to optimize operation to prevent the turbine from being damaged again.
