合成气压缩机驱动轮机缸体移位处理措施

TREATMENT OF DRIVING TURBINE CYLINDER DISPLACEMENT OF SYNGAS COMPRESSOR TRAIN

根据合成气压缩机组对中复查的结果,对合成气压缩机驱动轮机解体大修,调整汽缸中心与汽轮机高压侧轴承座的中心重合及低压缸的位置,从而保证合成气压缩机低压缸—合成气压缩机驱动轮机—合成气压缩机高压缸符合设计的对中要求。

Based on the reexamination result of centralizing of syngas compressor tram, the syngas compressor driving turbine was dismantled for overhaul, to make alignment of cylinder central line with central line of bearing box at the HP side and then to adjust placement of low pressure cylinder, in order to make sure the alignment of LP cylinder-driving turbine eylinder-HP cylinder of syngas compressor to meet with the requirements of design.
