摘要
四喷嘴对置式新型气化炉运行初期,烧嘴在使用及拆装过程中出现烧嘴盘管损坏、喷头磨偏、烧蚀等现象,造成非计划停车,影响系统稳定运行。通过对烧嘴结构、材质、安装等方面进行研究、改造,达到延长气化炉烧嘴使用寿命的目的。
At the operating beginning of four-opposed-nozzle gasifier, there were such phenomena as damage of burner coil, eccentric wear of sprayer and ablation during operation and dismantle of burner, which caused incidental shutdown and influenced system stable operation. By development and revamp of burner structure, material and installation, etc., the aim of prolonging burner service life was realized.
