多喷嘴对置式煤气化炉用耐火材料的研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 为满足多喷嘴对置式煤气化技术的需要,研制高性能的铬锆材料,经ZrO2增韧、纳米增韧,改善材料的抗热震性;加入稀土元素及其氧化物促进烧结,增加材料的高温抗折强度;通过降低气孔直径,提高材料的抗渣侵蚀性。研制生产的铬锆产品具有较好的高温性能,工业应用表明,产品满足多喷嘴对置式煤气化技术的使用要求。 In order to meet for the requirement of opposed multi-nozzle coal gasification technology, developed high performance Cr-Zr material which is tenacity enhanced by ZrO2 and nano to improve thermal shock resistance of the material; rare earth elements and their oxides are added to promote sintering and increase its high temperature creasing resistance; gas hole diameter is decreased to increase its resistance to residue erosion. The Cr-Zr product developed has good high temperature performance. It is indicated by industrial application that the product can satisfy the requirement of opposed multi-nozzle coal gasification technology.
