反相激动作用——血管紧张素受体阻滞剂治疗的新概念 被引量:1

摘要 在人类膜受体中有1000多种属于G蛋白偶联受体超家族(GPCRs),血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)受体1型(AT1)和2型(AT2)即是其中成员。GPCRs有独立于兴奋剂激动的信号转导,即固有活性;并存在某些可降低固有活性的物质,即反相激动剂。近年来,一些血管紧张素受体阻滞剂(ARB)在试验中也显示出了反相激动作用,这些发现可能是ARB类治疗的新领域。
