A Production-inventory Model for Deteriorating Item with Time-dependent Deterioration Rate and Partial Backlogging

根据时变产品损耗率、需求积压率与需求产生到需求得到满足需要等待的时间长度有关,建立按照先到先服务的原则的生产库存模型,该模型更接近实际,扩展了已有的生产库存模型,因此得出和寻求最优解的方法和解的唯一性的证明。该模型同样可以用于非易逝品的生产库存和易逝品的经济批量订货。

This paper presents a production - inventory model with time - dependent deteriorating rate and backlogging rate to make it more applicable in practice. It introduces a method of finding the optimal replenishment schedule for the production lot size model with deteriorating items on condition that the consumer are served under the ＂first - come first - served＂ principle, with a constant production rate. This analysis also proves applicable to non - perishable product case and to the EOQ model for deteriorating item.
