摘要
组织间关系作为企业的关键资源,已成为理论界和实践者关注的焦点。针对嵌入企业之中的组织间关系缺乏统一认识的问题,应从系统观的视角,研究和分析组织间关系的内涵、特征等基本问题,为进一步研究深入组织间关系理论提供基础;从动态观的视角分析组织间关系进化过程及其特点,有利于指导企业管理者加强组织间关系管理。
As a key resource, the inter - organizational relationship has been focused by the scholars and industrialists. But there are inconsistent realizations as to the inter - organizational relationship embedded in the enterprise. From the perspective of system and dynamics, the paper studies the basic problems of inter - organizational relationship, such as its connotation and characteristics and evolution. It provides the foundation for studying on the inter - organizational relationship embedded in the enterprise and directing the enterprise to manag the inter - organizational relationship.
