地龙提取物对自发性高血压大鼠左室肥厚的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨地龙提取物(DE)对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)左室肥厚的影响。方法尾套法测量大鼠尾动脉血压(SBP和DBP)并测定左室质量指数(LVMI);HE染色和VG染色观察心肌细胞肥大和心肌间质增生情况;电镜观察心肌超微结构的变化。结果DE高剂量组较模型组血压明显降低,左室质量指数显著减小,心肌细胞肥大、间质增生及细胞器退行性改变明显减轻。结论长期应用高剂量DE可以明显改善SHR的左室肥厚。 Objective It is to discuss the effects of Dilong Extract on left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in spontaneous hypertensive rat (SHR). Methods Systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and left ventricle mass in- dex (LVMI) were measured. The left myocardium sections were made for HE and VG straining to observe the level of myocardial cell hypertrophy and myocardial stroma hyperplasy under light microscope. Myocardial ultrastructure was observed under electronic microscope. Results Compared with model group, SBP and DBP significantly decreased in high-dose DE group, The LVMI was significantly diminished and the changes of myocardial cell hypertrophy, stroma hyperplasy and organelle retrogression were obviously lightened. Conclusion Long term medication of high-dose DE can obviously improve LVH of SHR.
