摘要
用ANSYS软件分析铸钢节点相贯处最大Mises应力,通过正交试验找出影响局部最大Mises应力的主要因素,应用Matlab工具箱中的神经网络对正交设计中的数据函数模拟和其他未建模计算的节点进行预测,为工程技术人员提供了寻找影响应力显著性的方法和对其他节点预测的神经网络。
In this paper, the finite elements mode of cast-steel joint was built and the max Mises in the intersection was analysised with ANSYS. Through the orthogonal test, the main factor affecting the local max Mises stress was found. With the help of neural network in the Matlab tool box the data in the orthogonal test was analogued and it can be used to predict the max Mises stress of other cast-steel joint. This paper provides engineer the method of finding the main factor of the stress and the neural network predicting the other cast-steel joints.
